Since obesity has become such an issue in the United States more and more people are eating healthier than they every used to. A big part of eating healthy and a big trend in the United States is eating organic food. Well I have good news for beer drinkers that want to go organic. There is organic beer out there for each and every one of you.

The producer of the organic beer that I have tried is Wychwood Brewery that is based out of England. It is located in the small town of Whitney, which is a town known for the beer that is produced there.  The beer that I chose from that brewery was the Scarecrow with is a Organic Golden Pale Ale. When this beer is poured it is poured with a cloudy amber color with very little head. you immediately smell the aroma’s of the malts a sweetness that is of fruity aroma. When drinking this beer you will taste the malts combined with a slight fruitiness. The beer ends with the bitterness of the hops. If I were to rate the bitterness of the ending I would rate it a 6 out of 10, 10 being very bitter. One characteristic that I found unique to this beer is that it had a rather dry finish to it as well. With the beer being organic I didn’t know whether to taste any difference between this one and a non organic beer, but the fact is, I didn’t notice any particular taste that was attributed to it being an organic beer.

If you are looking for a crafty organic Pale Ale this beer is the one for you. I can’t say enough about how good this beer was. I also noticed with this beer as with other ales, the warm it gets the better it is. I highly recommend this beer to everyone.
